Henry Cowell: Music 1957; Robert Kelly: Symphony No. 2 (1958).
This record was released in 1959, and the jacket is clearly from then.  However, the matrix of the record has “6/5/67” scratched into it, suggesting that they did a repress in 1967 and actually cut a new lacquer.  Maybe they lost the old one, or maybe they wanted to take advantage of some new technique or something.  But they still used the old jacket, and didn’t say anything about “remastered” or whatever.
I think “remastering” wasn’t a selling point until maybe the 80s or so.
Anyway I’m a record geek I think stuff like that is interesting
